School Board Member Joe Wingate Thanks Voters Of District 7

  • Monday, August 10, 2020

When I began my time on the Hamilton County School Board four years ago, I emphasized many times that I got involved because I was proud of my hometown and community. I believed that we could do much better.

In the last three years, we have not only done better, but have made historical academic improvements.  Make no mistake, there is still much work to be done as we strive to make Hamilton County Schools the best school district in Tennessee.

It is an honor to continue to represent District 7 on the Hamilton County School Board.  I’m grateful to all of you who believe in and recognize the work that has taken place and I look forward to what is to come.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to this campaign and all of those who worked so hard at the polls on Election Day.  Let’s keep in winning in District 7 and all across Hamilton County.

Joe Wingate
