The Covenant golf team concluded its fall schedule and placed 12th overall at the Chick-fil-A Invitational at the Stonebridge Golf Club in Rome.

Covenant posted a season-best round of 300 in the first round on Monday before carding a 327 in the final round on Tuesday. The Scots finished in a tie for 12th with Shorter.

Will DeMersseman led the way for Covenant with his 36th-place finish after a 36-hole score of 153 (73-80). The senior had a strong opening round as he shot a season-best 73 that had him in the top-20 on the leaderboard heading into Tuesday's final round.

The entire 19-team and 97-player field struggled with course conditions on Tuesday as temperatures dropped compared to Monday's round.
