Betty Pendleton
Betty Pendleton, 93, of Hixson, passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
Betty was born in Nashville, to the late Tollie and Ruth Pendleton. She held many jobs, but most recently was a clerk with Unum. Betty was most proud of her job as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines. She was a member of Rivermont Church of Christ. Betty loved her neighborhood Walmart in Hixson, where she walked regularly.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 4, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Betty’s life will follow at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the North Chapel with Minister Johnny Owens officiating. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to Rivermont Church of Christ, P. O. Box 11309, Chattanooga, Tn. 37401.
