Justin Daniel Jenkins
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Daniel Jenkins of Hixson, Tennessee, who passed away on October 30, 2021 at the age of 36, after his courageous battle with cancer.
Justin was a kind man who cared deeply for those around him. He graduated from Chattanooga State Community college and lived in Hixson for most of his life. He worked his way up to manager at Auto Zone and truly enjoyed his work.
He is survived by: his life partner Michelle Hoeldt, his step-sons Austin Hoeldt and Jack Hoeldt, his mother Jeanne Pitner (Mark Pitner), his brother: Jeremy Jenkins, and his sister Heather Becker (Morgan Becker), as well as other family members.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Tom Jenkins, and his grandparents, Hazel and Leonard Sears and Marie and Cordell Jenkins.
The family will receive friends at he North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home from 1-3 Saturday November 13. A Celebration of Life ceremony has been planned for November 13, 2021 at 3 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home on Hwy. 153 in Hixson. We ask that, due to COVID-19, visitors wear a mask while inside.
