Teacher At Battlefield Primary Was Member Of Crossroads Church

Cindy Annette Smith, 46, of Signal Mountain went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 6, 2021.

 

Cindy was born May 17, 1974 in Chattanooga to the late Henry and Ellen Willoughby Weller. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia-Chattanooga area and member of Crossroads Church. She was a graduate of Tyner High School and UTC magna cum laude. She served her community as a teacher for Battlefield Primary. Cindy loved the Lord. The only thing that she loved more than worshipping her Lord through song, gardening or traveling was spending time with her loving family and dogs. Gracie and Hannah were her life and greatest joy.

 

Survivors include her loving husband, Billy Ray Smith; daughters, Hannah and Gracie Bradford; brother, Jeff (Scarlett) Weller; stepchildren, Cristian McManus, Timothy Smith and Amanda Carsten; father and mother-in-law; Wayne (Cathy) Bradford; niece and nephew; Mark and Olivia Weller.

 

Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Crossroads Church in Ringgold. Interment will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
