Brad Lehman
Realty Title announces that W. Brad Lehman has been named president of its Middle Tennessee, Chattanooga, East Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia divisions. Mr. Lehman will be responsible for leading and overseeing operations for 25 offices that conduct closings for the sale and refinance of residential and commercial properties.
Mr. Lehman has a background in the title industry, having served in multiple senior management positions for two national title insurance underwriters and working for a family-owned title company local to Brentwood, Tn. for a combined 25+ years. Additionally, he has worked as a sales and marketing consultant with fortune 100 companies in the healthcare, mortgage and insurance loss recovery industries.
Mr. Lehman’s work on a local, regional and national level has proved to be successful, with the majority of his efforts targeted toward increasing brand recognition, expanding territories and decreasing internal costs for the companies that he has served, said officials. He now looks forward to applying his skills in marketing, strategic planning and management to lead the future efforts of Realty Title.

As an active member of his community, Mr. Lehman has served on the Rape & Sexual Abuse board for fundraising, the Fast Track program at Vanderbilt University, multiple boards for local chambers of commerce, and boards within the mortgage and real estate communities.
