Jack LeBron Leavitt, 72, died on March 10, 2021, at Hospice Care Center of Chattanooga.

 

Jack was born on August 24, 1948, in Chattanooga. He was a veteran of the Vietnam era. Jack was truly a “Jack of all trades” and ended his career as a pawnbroker at EZ Pawn Shop in East Ridge. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley, and collecting Zippos. He was a loving Dad and Papaw.

 

He is survived by his partner, Anna Lovell, daughters, Jennifer Lovell and Jessica Leavitt, and sons, Justin Leaviitt, and Mitchell Leavitt. Grandchildren include Aaliyah, Dayton, Caydene, Alauna, Ragan, and Joshua. Sisters Sandy Fox, Jacquie Leavitt, and Anita Mason. He has many nieces and nephews, but his nephew, Hal LaParry was more like a brother. 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Blackburn Leavitt and Jack Maynard Leavitt.

 

Funeral services will be announced at later date.
