Chattanooga Beef 'O' Brady's Doubles $100 Vaccine Incentive For Employees As Delta Variant Spreads

  • Friday, August 6, 2021

Taylor Cochran, franchise owner of Chattanooga Beef 'O' Brady's, is doubling their vaccine incentive to $200 for every employee that receives the vaccine as the Delta variant spreads.

The Beef 'O' Brady's parent company decided to launch the vaccine incentive system wide earlier this year to prioritize the health and safety of its team members and guests during this time. Now, each employee that gets fully vaccinated will receive a $200 gift card, $100 more than the previously offered incentive, to their choice of Target, Walmart or Amazon. Employees who already received the vaccine and the original $100 award are eligible for an additional $100 bonus.

While other brands have offered paid time off to encourage vaccinations, Beef 'O' Brady's was one of the first in its industry to offer an added financial incentive in the form of a $100 gift card. The incentive is meant to act as a token of Mr. Cochran’s gratitude and appreciation for their team members committing to their health in addition to the health of everyone entering his/her location, he said.
