Christopher John Carter
Christopher John Carter, 35, of an apartment on Bonny Oaks Drive is facing rape and sexual battery charges in a case involving a juvenile girl.
The girl said the sexual contact from Carter has been going on for three to four years.
She said recently he came into her room and put one hand up her shirt and another down her pants.
She said on another recent occasion that Carter pulled down her pants and sexually penetrated her.
