East Hamilton recently won the Hamilton Co. Middle Schools “AAA” Division championship and earned a trip to the TMSAA state championships in January. The Canes defeated Hunter Middle School, 52-36.
Kohl Ward led East Hamilton with 22 points, including three from beyond the arc. His teammate Asa Fortune chipped in with 15.
East Hamilton finished the season with a perfect 15-0 record, the first time sinc the 2012-13 seasnon a team from the school ent undefeated.
