Terrence Smith, 34, Arrested For Homicide

Terrence Smith, 34, has been arrested in the shooting death of a 32-year old man on April 7, on North Germantown Road.

Chattanooga Police Fugitive investigators took him into custody, and he is charged with criminal homicide.
 
He is in custody at the Silverdale Detention Facility.
