Office Property On Uptain Road Sells For Over $22 Million

The 26,552 square foot office property at 5708 Uptain Road has been sold for $22,040,000.

The sale was to Greenleaf Investment Partners L081 LLC, Greenleaf Investment Partners L083 LLC and Greenleaf Investment Partners L055 LLC from OBC Properties Delaware LLC.

The building sits on 2.14 acres.
