Prolific developer Billy McCoy is planning two more projects.
A residential subdivision is slated for 42.68 acres at 8610 Proffitt Lane. It is near Mountain View Road and I-75 southbound.
The owner of the land is Phillip Henry Profitt of Ooltewah.
Also, Mr. McCoy plans a townhome development at 8319 Roy Lane.
The site is 15 acres.
The plan is for 97 townhomes.
The cases go before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
