Rabbit Valley Farmers Market Has Opening Day Saturday

  • Tuesday, May 3, 2022

Rabbit Valley Farmers Market in Ringgold is having their opening market day Saturday at the Market Pavilion (96 Depot Street) from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

This will be their Mother's Day market and will include a free kids craft, sign ups for the free children's program POP Club (sponsored generously by the Ringgold Telephone Company), food trucks, over 45 vendors, mimosas, and live music by three local musicians (Josh Driver, Eric Kirkendoll and Sam Steadman).

Rabbit Valley started last year and had a very successful first season. Market Manager Samantha Leslie said, "We are running a 22 week market this year and will also host six special evening events plus a two day music festival. Ringgold is a wonderful community and the response to our market and events has been incredible."

The market will run each Saturday through October and is open from 9 a.m.- 1p.m. Bring the entire family down for this community farmers market for shopping, food and live music.
