Dawn
Bode, a boutique hotel in downtown Chattanooga which "blends the conveniences of a vacation rental with the luxuries of a traditional hotel stay," is opening two new food and beverage concepts on July 15, Dawn and Dusk.
Dawn serves inventive coffee creations (hello, Lemonade Cold Brew) as well as breakfast and lunch in a bright and airy space adorned with a hand painted mural, colorful art and plants galore. With breakfast menu items like Avocado Toast and Homemade Poptarts and lunch offerings including elevated takes on craveable classics like hot dogs and nachos, the space is a spot to both work remote or pick up lunch to better a day in the office.
In contrast, Dusk sets the mood as a cozy and nostalgic bar concept, celebrating Chattanooga’s outdoor recreational lifestyle. It has design elements such as climbing rope, fly fishing rods and tackleboxes filling bar shelves to the brim, seating arrangements that pay homage to a campfire hangout and menu items like the crowd favorite campfire dogs and nachos and a cocktail garnished with a toasted marshmallow.
Both concepts will open their doors for an open to the public grand opening event on July 15, celebrating with the below festivities throughout the day.

Local vendor mini market from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Carpetbagger’s Comedy Night at 9 p.m. including complimentary popcorn and an early bird drink special at 8 p.m.
