TwelveStone Health Partners Opens New Infusion Center In Chattanooga

  • Tuesday, June 21, 2022

TwelveStone Health Partners, a provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, will open their seventh infusion center June 30 at 1206 Pointe Centre Dr., Suite 230. They have five other locations in Tennessee with additional locations each in Georgia and Virginia.

The Infusion Center bridges the gap between home and hospital to keep patients from being readmitted to the hospital.

Shane Reeves, Tennessee state senator and chief executive officer, said TwelveStone Health Partners is excited to bring this level of supplicated, holistic care to the thriving area of Chattanooga.

In these infusion centers individuals receive care in a private treatment room with free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. The centers are staffed with certified clinicians that partner with the patient’s care team to assess and recommend care plans. TwelveStone submits the bills and all paperwork to the insurance company. The result: patients receive much needed critical care in a setting that is peaceful and inviting, said officials.
