Missing Teenager Is Found At Teacher's Home - And Other Collegedale Police Calls

A juvenile was reported missing from their home in Barnsley Park. The teenager was later found at their teacher’s home on Snow Hill Road and returned to their parents.

An alarm was activated at the Kidney Center of Ooltewah, in the 5400 block of Little Debbie Parkway. Everything checked out ok.

The Department of Children Services in Massachusetts requested a well-being check of two children at a home on Caddo Lane. Officers made contact and provided their findings to the out of state agency.

A noise complaint was reported in the 5300 block of High Street involving the residents continuing to play loud music at all hours.

An officer kept the peace while an individual collected their personal belongings from a residence in the 9300 block of Barn Owl Place.

A Collegedale fugitive was booked on a failure to appear warrant and other charges relating to reckless driving and aggravated assault.

East Ridge police made contact with a Collegedale fugitive. The individual was booked on a bond revocation from an original drug possession charge.

Officers responded to an ongoing issue between neighbors at the Hills Parc apartment complex after one neighbor was believed to have been seen taking pictures of the other.

K9 Krino alerted officers to the presence of narcotics during a traffic stop in the 9100 block of Lee Highway which led to the driver’s arrest for tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Police were called to the 4900 block of Sandy Trail after a resident mistook a child outside looking for their cat as being locked out of their home. Everything checked out okay.

A Collegedale fugitive at the Hamilton County Jail was booked on bond revocation warrants for failure to appear and driving on a suspended license.

An officer assisted a truck driver looking for directions on where to deliver their load in the Apison Crossing Plaza.

An officer assisted the fire department with a lift assist of an elderly individual who had a fallen at the Garden Plaza at Greenbriar Cove.

Collegedale police assisted the sheriff’s office with a vehicle search during a traffic stop in the 8900 block of Lee Highway. The search uncovered a large felony amount of narcotics.

An officer responded to the 4300 block of Wellesley Drive in reference to a noise complaint. The caller stated that their neighbor had been blasting music during the night for several months. The area was checked but no contact was made with any loud noises.

Police responded to a single vehicle crash in the 9400 block of Homewood Circle after a resident lost control of their vehicle while leaving their driveway and struck a tree. There were no reported injuries.
