Linda Hubbs, 73, passed away on October 1, 2023 in Chattanooga. Linda Hubbs was born on Aug. 9, 1950 in Athens to Charles Crabtree and Inis Crabtree. Linda graduated from Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High in 1968. She was a cafeteria manager at East Ridge Middle School for 30 years. Linda married Randy Hubbs in 1968. The couple had one child, Marty Hubbs.
Linda was best known for her love of cooking, helping others and loving to spend time with her family.
Linda is survived by Randy Hubbs (husband); Ricky (brother) and wife, Tonya Crabtree; Mitzi Eden (sister); Marty (son) and wife, Wendy Hubbs; Jacob Hubbs (grandson); Katie Hubbs (granddaughter); Coleman and Laney Mcconathy (great-grandchildren); Jessica Phillips (niece); and Jamie Eden (nephew).
A celebration of life service for Linda Hubbs will be held on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 1-3 p.m. at Newnan Springs United Methodist Church at 78 Monanaw Ave. in Rossville.
