St. Andrew’s-Sewanee Middle School Drops Contests With Altamont School

St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School Middle School fell to North (Altamont) Elementary School.

The girls lost 29-20. High scorers were Catherine Barnett with 7 points and Savannah Blosser with 6 points. Aubrey Blosser had 4 points and Claire Christopher and Adeline Pond 3 each. 

Coach Paige Lowe remarked, "The girls had a rough first half, but the fourth quarter really showed our team's grit."

The Mountain Lions drop to 2–1.

The boys suffered a 37-7 defeat. Mason Rudder and Ian Tucker led SAS in scoring with 3 points each.
Dagen Latham made the book for the first time this season by sinking a free throw in the 4th quarter.
 
SAS falls to 0-3.
