Pallets of undelivered items in the Soddy Daisy Post Office parking lot

It's been well over a week since my area of Soddy Daisy has received any mail service. Our neighborhood social media page further confirmed my suspicions as nobody....absolutely nobody....has received any USPS mail at all.
A quick drive by the Soddy Daisy post office, it appears there are pallets and pallets and pallets of wrapped packages and mail laying around the parking lot being rained on today. Is this where my mail is?
Are packages normally stacked out in the open like that? Why is nobody delivering any mail for the Soddy Daisy area?
And yes....I've tried USPS offices and nobody has ever responded back.

Get used to it this time of year. Go by any USPS office and you will see parking lots full of Amazon boxes. I saw this at the Apison USPS office on Saturday. Carts and carts full of Amazon and not one person outside with them. The post office delivers for cheap I guess compared to FedEx or Ups?
