Miller Industries Towing Equipment Inc. celebrates more than 15 years of their Rotator School Training Program with over 150 new certifications. Miller Industries’ Rotator School program is a training course that provides tow truck owners and operators with the training and familiarization needed for operating heavy towing and recovery vehicles equipped with rotating booms.
Miller Industries is recognized as the worldwide leader in the towing and recovery industry. Students attending Rotator School learn in a classroom setting, as well as participate in on-site demonstrations at Miller Industries and at the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame & Museum in downtown Chattanooga.
The 3-day course provides students with learning opportunities and hands on experience with heavy duty recovery techniques.
The Rotator School also serves to bring awareness to The International Towing & Recovery Hall of Fame & Museum as well as their Survivor’s Fund and Wall of the Fallen - a monument that was built to honor towing operators killed in the line of duty and to assist family and loved ones in the wake of such a tragedy. Miller Industries helped bring in $6,000 in proceeds to the Survivors Fund and Museum from addition sales in the gift shop during the week of Rotator School.
