I’m so sorry to see of the passing of Arthur Ballanger, Jr. Arthur was a good man that I was proud to call my friend.

Many people knew Arthur as Dr. Shine for the years he had a shoe shine stand in Kenton’s Shoe Shop on Broad Street.

I know my brother has gone on to be with our Lord.
