A tract with over 18 acres on North Moore Road is slated for 63 townhomes.
The location is 1291, 1283, 1277 North Moore.
Kyle Jacobson, landscape architect, said, "On behalf of our client, Legacy South, we would like to request to rezone the above listed parcels from R-1 to a Residential PUD.
"We are proposing 63 townhome units on the +/-18.48 acre property. A residential PUD allows for a maximum density of 5 units/ac in an R-1 Residential Zone. Our proposed site plan includes a proposed density of 3.4 units/ac.
"A large portion of the site will remain undisturbed to be used as open space."
