Noetta Westbrook 81, of Rock Spring, Georgia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 17, 2024, at home after a battle with cancer.

She was born on July 2, 1942, to the late Noie (Slim) and Lorene Allen. She was a graduate of Crawford Long Nursing School and was a registered nurse at Hutcheson Hospital. She started and was the director of Hutcheson Home Health and Hospice for many years. She transitioned to work for Health Corp and managed 44 hospitals around the Southeast. Rachel Baptist Church in Dalton Georgia and was known as " mom" to her son's Celebrate Recovery programs. She was on the board for Chris McDaniel Ministries as the secretary. She loved her church and she loved Celebrate Recovery. The joy of her life was spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.
