Randy S. Jones, 62, of Whitwell, Tennessee, was called home on July 20, 2024.

On May 18, 1962, he was born to the late Calvin Eugene Jones and Elizabeth Grace Kelly. He played baseball for Hixson High School and attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College on a baseball scholarship. He was married to Karen Condra Jones. Randy had worked for Dupont and Norfolk Southern Railroad. He loved being a farmer and spending time with his family on the farm. He loved all his dogs, but especially riding his dog Booty around on the farm. Randy also enjoyed bird and turkey hunting as well as fishing. He loved life and was always happy, his glass was always ½ full. Randy loved his family and spending time with them.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Eugene Jones; mother, Elizabeth Grace Kelly; brother, Calvin Jones and sister, Sharon Ramsey.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Karen Condra Jones; daughter, Brittany (Mike) Kolodziej; grandchildren, Watson and Lucy Grace Kolodziej of Hendersonville, Tennessee; two nephews, other family members and special friends.

There will be a memorial service at a later date at Condra Cemetery in Whitwell, Tn.
