Floyd Wayne Kelly, 82, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, in a local health care facility.

A longtime resident of Chattanooga and North Georgia, Mr. Kelly was a member of First Baptist Church of Fort Oglethorpe.

He was formerly employed with Conley Smith Chevrolet in Ft. Payne, Al., and retired from Shaw Industries after many years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Gene Kelly; sister, Patsy King and step-son, Donnie Holbrook.

Mr. Kelly is survived by his wife, Pauline Kelly; two step-sons, Steve (Patricia) Holbrook, Ackworth, Ga., and Greg (Linda) Holbrook, Rossville; sister, Janice (Jan) Wingfield, East Ridge; three grandchildren, Lauren (Michael) Morgan, Apison, Adriana Holbrook and Isabella Holbrook, both of Atlanta; great-grandson, Maddox Morgan; nieces, Donna Collison, Jeana (Chris) McNabb, Julie (Louie) Hall; nephews, Gary (Stacy) King, Randy Wingfield (Robin Hicks), and Kris (Juanita) Wingfield.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, Feb. 24, at noon at Hamilton Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Ernest Gross officiating. Pallbearers will be James Walls, Chris Wingfield, Gary King, Maddox Morgan, Michael Morgan, and Steve Holbrook.
