Plans Underway To Convert Old Hamilton Auto Supply Building To 12 Apartments

Plans are underway to convert the old Hamilton Auto Supply building on the Southside to 12 apartments.

The two-story brick building is at 1619 Rossville Ave. near Zarzours Restaurant.

Plans are to take down the back 20 feet of the building due to structural issues.

A new matching section will be built in its place.
