Ember Health Studio Now Open In Chattanooga

  • Friday, May 16, 2025
Ember Health Studio is officially open and the Chattanooga community is invited to celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Chamber of Commerce on Friday, May 30 at 2 p.m., preceded by a Community Circuit Class at 1:45 p.m.

The celebration continues with an Open House on Sunday, June 1 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., featuring aerial performances, local vendors—including massage therapy, art and wellness services from wHydrate—and light refreshments.

Regularly scheduled classes will still be held throughout the day.

New visitors can experience Ember with a first class free and a two weeks unlimited intro offer for $30.

Officials said, "Located in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside, Ember Health Studio is a movement-driven, community-focused space offering a holistic approach to health and wellness through six signature class formats—HIIPFIT, HIIPFLOW, LIFT, Ember Flow, Pole Circuit and Aerial Arts.
Ember combines expert instruction, intentional programming and an inclusive environment to create more than just a fitness studio—it’s a place for personal growth, strength and transformation.

"Ember is co-owned by longtime wellness leaders Heather Heatherly and Kelly Hutt, who bring decades of experience in yoga, fitness, creative movement and community-building to the women-owned business."

“Ember was born from the belief that movement is medicine,” said Ms. Heatherly. “We’ve created a space where people can sweat, strengthen, slow down and reconnect—mentally and physically.”

“Whether you’re lifting heavy, flying on a pole, or finding stillness on your mat, there’s a place for you here,” added Ms. Hutt. “This is a space built with heart.”

In addition to group classes, Ember offers access to wellness practitioners specializing in massage and integrative healing, along with events that bridge the gap between fitness and self-care.
