City of Dalton offices and non-emergency services will be closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
There will be no garbage or recycling collections on May 26.
To ensure that all City residents receive service next week, the routes will be completed as follows:
• Residents who typically receive garbage or recycling collections on Monday will instead be service on Tuesday, May 27.
• All other collections for the week will take place as usual.
"The City of Dalton wishes everyone a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend," officials said.
