Ridgeland High School Student Charged In Social Media Post Investigation

A 16-year-old Ridgeland High School student has been charged after making a threatening post on Snapchat that referenced the school on May 17, according to Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson.

The teenager is charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and is being held at a juvenile detention center.
