ICE conducts these raids from time to time, and it is all well publicized with plenty of commentary. No one is objecting to the arrest and removal of illegals especially violent ones. But…are there lists or manifests made available on any government website that list who these people are, the crimes with which they are charged and their countries of origin?
Public and ICE would benefit greatly, for example, if ICE could just list the detainees from this week’s ICE activity in Los Angeles. ICE is making it harder on themselves and the public by not better communicating with the public.
Due process will likely win out anyway but why not list these detainees publicly?
