Yodi Suggs
RSS Insurance announces the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance has recognized Yodi Suggs, an account executive with RSS Insurance, as the 2025 Outstanding CSR of the Year recipient for the state of Tennessee.
To qualify for the top state honor, Ms. Suggs submitted a winning essay on the topic of how Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) can successfully embrace technological advancements while preserving meaningful client relationships.
Additionally, Ms. Suggs was selected for having demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance industry.
Ms.
Suggs is a 13 year veteran of RSS Insurance currently serving as an account executive representing commercial lines. The Chattanooga native graduated with an associate degree in business from Cleveland State Community College.
