CARTA Making Some Improvements As City Cash Infusion Helps

The Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority’s budget for fiscal year 2026 will continue the work of fixing a “chronically underfunded” foundation while formally exploring ways to increase revenue. Lookouts Split Doubleheader On Saturday

After a Friday night rainout the Chattanooga Lookouts played two against the Biloxi Shuckers Saturday, dropping the first game 7-2 and winning the night cap 5-2. The Lookouts have now won three of five games against the Shuckers with the finale coming Sunday afternoon. Biloxi leads the Southern Division while Chattanooga leads the Northern Division.
