Annie Bell Owens
Annie Bell Owens, 87, of Chattanooga, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004, at a local hospital.
She was a native of Jackson County, Ala. and had spent most of her life in the Chattanooga area. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Frank Owens; daughter, Laller Wyline Owens; and 10 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her special companion, Bob Knudson of Chattanooga; son and daughter-in-law, John W. and Janice E. Owens of Pikeville; step-daughter, Ruby Bean of Stephenson, Ala.; sister, Marie Perkins Hansen of Boaz, Ala.; six granddaughters, five grandsons, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Marvin Mcclendon officiating.
Interment will follow in the Price Cemetery in Hollywood, Ala.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, Rossville.
