Nola Elizabeth Dodd, age 90, died Thursday evening, Jan. 22, 2004, at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell R. Dodd; daughter, Wanita White; parents, Franklin and Gretta Thornberry; brothers, Arlin Thornberry, and Harold Thornberry; and sisters, Fay Hayton and Fern Bauler.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Lee Lowe, Ronan, Mt.; son, W. Duane Dodd, M.D., Ooltewah; grandchildren, Gregory R. Creek, Rockford, Ill., Dale Dodd, Rio Rancho, N.M., Charles White, Polo, Ill., Dennis Dodd, Apison, Tenn., Russell White, Quitman, Ar., Joelle Dodd, Yucca Valley, Ca., and Preston Lowe, Ronan, Mt.; 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Elmhurst Seventh-day Adventist Church in Elmhurst, Ill.
