Jimmy David Cobble, 59, of Ooltewah, died on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005.
He was a native of North Georgia and graduated in 1965 from Kirkman Vocational High School. Jimmy previously owned Jimmy D. Cobble Machine Shop in Chattanooga and was most recently employed with Ken Garner Manufacturing Company. He was a member of Metropolitan Tabernacle.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennie Jenkins Cobble and Jacob Andrew Cobble.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Elizabeth Davis Cobble; two daughters, Kristi McCormick, Murfreesboro, TN, Keri Cobble, Chattanooga; a son, Jason David Cobble, Chattanooga; three grandchildren, Dylan, Garett and Kelsey McCormick, Murfreesboro; one niece, Mary Markowski, Germany; two nephews, Barry Burrell, Chattanooga, Dale Burrell, Chattanooga Valley; two sisters, Judy Stephens and Betty Burrell, both of Chattanooga Valley, and several aunts and cousins.
