Patricia A. Souders-Meffert, 64, of Chattanooga, died Wednesday, June 8, 2005.

She was a member of Good Shepard Lutheran Church in East Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Jessie Flippo Jenkins and one sister.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Meffert, Chattanooga; stepson, Jefferson Meffert, Pensacola, FL; daughters, Katherine "Katie" Gadd-Meffert, Chattanooga, Joelynn Gadd, Rossville; sister, Sylvia Bennett, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Brooks White, Bryan Brown, Amanda Gadd, John Gadd and Jacob Gadd; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with the Rev. Clifford Herd officiating. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service Monday, June 13, at the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga or Good Shepard Lutheran Church.
