Paul C. Pitts, 54, died Tuesday, March 6, 2007, in Nashville.

He was a member of Walnut Grove Full Gospel Church of Dayton, Tn., and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Odeal Hatfield Pitts.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Pitts, Evensville; four children, David, Peter, Timothy and Gretchen Pitts, all of Jasper, Tn.; father, John Pitts, Florida; two sisters, Kathy Gresser, of Ocala, Fl., and Audrey Merrell, of Cincinnati, Oh.; two stepchildren, Ruel Siever, of Dayton and Samantha Siever, of Dunlap, Tn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Walker officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home, Dayton.
