Anita White Germann, 76, died on Wednesday, March 5, 2008.

She had lived in the North Georgia area all of her life and was a member of Newnan Springs United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Friendship Class and enjoyed singing in the Choir. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting, arts and crafts, as well as baking and decorating cakes.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Germann.

She is survived by her husband, Herbert Germann, of Rossville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Terri and Charles Rocha, of Atlanta, and Lynet and Scott Mortensen, of Marietta, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Kriss and Terri German, of Dayton, Tn.; brother, Roy White, of Montana; three sisters, Christine Dooley and Vera Dickert, both of Rossville, and Jeanne Carson, of Charlotte, N.C.; five grandchildren, Kristyn Germann and Jacob, Aaron, Carrie and Elena Mortensen; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, in Newnan Springs United Methodist Church with Brother Mike Lowery officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Newnan Springs United Methodist Church, 78 Monanaw Ave., Rossville, Ga. 30741.
