Think Before You Toss A Dirty Diaper

  • Wednesday, June 18, 2008

Dirty diapers show up in the strangest places.

This has become a serious issue. These nasty articles can be found in shopping carts, parking lots, bushes, and other out-of-the-way places. Many times, I walk to my car and see a used diaper lying on the parking lot.

The companies that clean our parking lots at night deal with this issue often. I have friends who own one of these companies. They remarked on how lazy people change their kids and throw the diapers down.

These articles are dangerous for their equipment. It clogs up their machine and costs a lot of money to fix. All because someone is too lazy to drop these nasty articles in the trash.

The most common dumping grounds is the shopping carts. People change their children in the car and throw the article in the cart. That is a health hazard. The cart attendants in these shopping centers would appreciate it if the diapers go in the trash. The next one to use these carts do not want to deal with someone's dirty diapers.

For those who have diaper-wearing-age children, think before you toss. Would you want to have to deal with nasty diapers on your job? I did not think so.
