The Residence Inn by Marriott Near Hamilton Place is now open. The hotel is Marriott’s latest design and is located off Exit 5, I-75 at 2340 Center St.
The conference center adjoins the hotel and is the largest meeting and banquet facility in East Brainerd.
The First Class, All Suite hotel features studios and one and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens, flat screen televisions, complimentary home touch breakfast daily, mid-week evening socials, wireless internet and airport shuttle. Additionally guests may enjoy the indoor pool and whirlpool, putting green, exercise room, guest laundry, and the "Outdoor Experience,” a patio area offering seating, fire pit, and grill access.
The conference center with its Alexander Hamilton Ballroom, a flexible banquet and meeting space, provides state of the art audio visual equipment and seating for up to 300 theatre style and 200 banquet style. The facility also includes a formal boardroom and other multi-functional space.
