Bee Organized LLC, a professional home and life organizing company headquartered in Overland Park, Ks., celebrates the one year anniversary of its 28th franchise; the first in Tennessee. Launched in Chattanooga in June 2024, this milestone marks the continued expansion of Bee Organized’s mission to simplify lives across the country and will be supporting the greater Chattanooga area, as well as north Georgia.
Growth in the organizing industry and the company’s constant ability to think outside the box has positioned Bee Organized for continued success, said officials. They were recognized by Franchise Business Review as a 2025 Top Franchise for Women, and their work has been featured in People Magazine, Us Weekly, and Bravo.com. With the organizing industry experiencing growth, Bee Organized has carved out a position as one of the largest professional organizing companies in the United States with 42 franchises and growing.
Founded in 2015 by Kristen Christian and Lisa Foley, Bee Organized is a women-led company built on the core values of simplifying lives with integrity and care. “Our goal is to help people get organized so they can be more present in their daily lives,” says Ms. Foley. As Bee Organized continues to grow, the core values remain – compassionate, confidential and judgment-free services. “Our goal is helping people get organized so they can be more present,” says Ms. Foley.
As the wife of a retired military officer, mother of five, and a certified professional organizer, Ashley Goertemiller has experience organizing homes, businesses and non-profits around the country. She approaches each project head on, with energy and a unique vision. “Whether organizing, managing a move, or helping with life transitions, providing sustainable and functional solutions for my clients brings incredible delight and satisfaction,” says Mrs. Goertemiller. She also conducts seminars and workshops with a focus on seven profiles, created by the Bee Organized co-founders, characterizing the ways people commune with their belongings.
Embracing the vibrant seasons and friendly community, Mrs. Goertemiller is grateful to be back permanently. “Being born here and returning for college, Chattanooga holds a special place in my heart. I’m excited to reconnect with the community I consider home. When I’m not organizing or enjoying time with family, you’ll likely find me hosting a gathering, listening to the sounds of nature on my back porch, or reading in the hammock while sipping a Dr. Pepper.” She invites everyone to follow her journey as she shares organizing tips, inspiration, and content designed to simplify and elevate spaces—and lives.
