Red Rock Grill will celebrate new owners and a fresh image in a grand re-opening ceremony held at its Dayton Boulevard location on Feb. 1. The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will assist with the ribbon cutting beginning at 11 a.m.
With more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant business, Red Rock Grill’s new proprietors Lisa Gilkey and Lyle Lemke moved to Chattanooga from Orlando, Fl., in November of 2009, armed with a polished flair in eatery entrepreneurship and a gusto for creating quality dining atmospheres.
After taking on the reins of ownership, Ms. Gilkey and Mr. Lemke invested approximately $30,000 in the purchase of the business, its renovation and redesign and other expenses.
Red Rock Grill, a country western-themed establishment serving signature steaks and burgers, boasts a family-friendly atmosphere, offering $3.99 lunch specials and a specific selection of meals for kids. On Sundays each child accompanied by a paying adult eats free.
Work-conscious patrons carrying heavy professional plates will be able to work and dine at the same time, benefitting from the use of Red Rock Grill’s free Wi-Fi services, which are available to all customers all hours of the day. And for those wanting an afternoon slow-down, Red Rock Grill hosts a daily Happy Hour from 4-7 p.m.
Located at 1743 Dayton Blvd. across from Blockbuster Video, Red Rock Grill is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
