The Chattanooga Lookouts had another outstanding pitching performance Saturday night, this time once again from Reds top prospect Chase Burns who went six strong innings allowing no runs on only two hits. Burns moves to 5-1 on the season with a miniscule 1.54 earned run average.
The Lookouts made the most of their seven hits, only one of which was an extra base hit, to score their seven runs. Leadoff designated hitter Hector Rodriguez led the charge with a 2-4 day with two runs batted in. Centerfielder Jay Allen II added two runs batted in as well.
Chattanooga concludes their series with Columbus on Sunday with a 2:15 p.m. game.
