Agnes Kile
Agnes Ruth Kile, 80, died peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, August 21, 2010.
She was born on December 3, 1929 in Bradley County. She was the daughter of the late Columbus Blaine Dixon and Mittie Shell Dixon.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Afton William Kile, Sr., her brothers, Tom and Virgil Dixon, her aunts, Kittie Headrick, Flora Petitt and uncle, Lester Shell.
She attended Community Hall Church.
Survivors include her sons, Johnny Cash and his wife Carol and Michael Kile, all of Cleveland, her daughters, Janice Clark of Cleveland, Diane Congioloso and her husband Bruce, of Dayton, and Kathy Kile of Hixson; 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, her sisters, Dorothy Brackett and her husband Hubert, Thelma Carey, Alma Crye, Margie Sue Vaughn, all of Cleveland, her ex-husband, S.T. McGhee of Cleveland, and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life service will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 24, at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Kenneth Stansberry officiating.
Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 3 p.m. until service time at 5 p.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes, who is in charge of the arrangements.
