Green Acres To Sell Refurbished Mobile Homes

  • Wednesday, January 5, 2011

Green Acres of Chattanooga, a mobile home park, launched a new operation of selling refurbished homes in its Mack Smith Road location on Tuesday.

“We don’t need to make the profit on the resale of the mobile home because we are getting a resident family instead of a vacant lot” said Jack McDonald, president of Green Acres.

Opened in 1967 with 90 spaces as a mobile home park, Green Acres has gone through two expansions, and now houses 247 mobile home sites.

Sales are being handled by our Resident Managers, Bill and Paula Terry, who can be reached at the park offices 706.891-9013.
