5 Homes Planned In The 400 Block Of Forest Avenue

Barry Evans and James Pratt are seeking a zoning change on half an acre at 402 Forest Ave. for five single-family homes.

The location is at East Manning Street just up from the Walnut Street Bridge.

The site is currently vacant. 

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval of a zoning change.

It comes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
