Caroline von Kessler
Caroline von Kessler, vice president of Philanthropy at the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, has been appointed to a three-year term as a board member-at-large of the Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga.
The Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga serves as an interdisciplinary organization dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and advancement of estate planning strategies among attorneys, accountants, financial planners, and other related professionals.
As part of the board, Ms. von Kessler will play a key role in shaping the council's programs and supporting its mission to promote effective estate planning throughout the region.

on Kessler joined the foundation in 2021, following nearly a decade at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and leadership roles at the Hunter Museum of American Art, the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, and several other nonprofit organizations. Caroline holds a BA in English from Vanderbilt University and completed an Executive Education Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
The Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga currently manages more than $240 million in assets – a figure that has more than doubled in the past five years.
