Sofix Plant On Riverport Road Sells For $3.7 Million As Plant Closes

The Sofix building at 2800 Riverport Road has sold for $3.7 million. The Sofix plant is being closed.

The 61,090 square foot facility sits on 22.70 acres in the Centre South Riverport Industrial Park.

Equity Resource Partners-Riverport LLC purchased the property from Sofix LLC, Sofix Corp.
