Crime Stoppers: Robbery At Markman's Jewelers

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information regarding a robbery at Markman's Jewelers.

A black male entered Markman's Jewelers, 2104 Hamilton Place Blvd., on April 3, at 10:13 a.m., and asked the employee to help him. When she turned around, the suspect jumped over the counter and pointed a handgun at her. The suspect gathered all the employees, asked for the cash, and then stole thousands of dollars in jewelry and diamonds. After he obtained all he wanted, he ordered the victims to go to the back storage room where he sprayed them with mace, and then fled the scene.
